By accessing and using Easepost, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Easepost is an AI-powered social media content generation tool that helps users create platform-optimized posts for multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

The service includes:

  • AI content generation with multiple tone options
  • Hashtag research and suggestions
  • Platform-specific optimization
  • Content storage and history
  • Credit-based usage system

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Credits & Payment

Trial Credits:

  • Anonymous users receive 5 trial credits
  • New registered users receive 10 credits upon signup
  • Trial credits cannot be transferred or refunded

Purchasing Credits:

  • Credits can be purchased by contacting support@easepost.co.uk
  • Purchased credits do not expire unless account is inactive for 12 months
  • All sales are final - no refunds for unused credits

Earning Free Credits:

  • Submit genuine reviews to earn bonus credits
  • One review per account
  • We reserve the right to remove spam or fake reviews

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Generate spam, hate speech, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the AI system
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape or automatically access our service
  • Generate content that violates others' intellectual property
  • Use the service to impersonate others

6. Content Ownership & License

Your Content:

  • You retain ownership of content you input into Easepost
  • You grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the service

Generated Content:

  • AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without warranties
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing
  • Easepost is not liable for content you publish using our service
  • Generated content may not be unique - similar outputs may be generated for other users

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

  • Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • We are not responsible for platform-specific policy violations
  • Maximum liability is limited to credits paid in the last 12 months

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

9. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Required by law

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
